Meal Plan Monday – week 1 Pantry Challenge

Since we are participating in the Pantry Challenge, here is our 1st weekly meal plan:

Monday –

Breakfast – Oatmeal
Lunch – Left over chicken pasta from Sunday
Dinner – Cream 0f Chicken/mushroom with egg noodles

Tuesday
Breakfast – Raisin Bran Cereal
Lunch – Left over Cream of Chicken with Egg Noodles
Dinner – Chili with beans, cornbread

Wednesday
Breakfast – Oatmeal
Lunch – Left Over Chili
Dinner – Chicken with Greenbeans/corn & crescent rolls

Thursday
Breakfast – Oatmeal (thank goodness for different flavors!)
Lunch – Left over Chicken and vegetables
Dinner – smothered hamburger patties, carrots, rolls

Friday
Breakfast – Oatmeal
Lunch – Left over patties or sandwiches (we never have left overs of this but I can dream)
Dinner – Hobo Stew and cornbread

Saturday
Breakfast – Butterbraid and coffee
Lunch – Left over Hobo Stew
Dinner – Potato Soup (I could eat this everyday!)

Sunday
Breakfast – Bacon, eggs, toast, coffee
Lunch – Left over Potato Soup
Dinner – Pan fried chicken with new potatos.

    Dinner on Sunday sounds wonderful!
    I've decided that 2010 is the year of doing not wishing. So I'm trying to rework our budget and our monthly menu. So getting meal ideas is exactly what I need!
    Here is to a great 2010 for both of us!
