I apologize for the delay in postings but we have some news! GREAT NEWS which has consumed me for a few weeks.
WE ARE GOING HOME! WE ARE MOVING HOME TO OKLAHOMA!
It has been a long time in the making but Bear has a job offer that was too good to pass up and my company, I love my company, is working with me to allow me to work from home! I KNOW! I am so blessed!
Once we had that part out of the way and arranged we then had to find a place to stay…….in steps this man, my Daddy! He found us for lack of a better term, Paradise. A physical location for RAGING BEAR RANCH to hang it’s sign. Doesn’t that smile and laugh put a smile on your face? I love this picture of my Daddy – it makes me smile! I’m almost home Daddy!
So, your asking, what did he find us right? Well, it is ten acres, with access to an additional 30 acres for grazing the horses, and about 4000 acres that back the acreage that currently belong to the Corp of engineers but are being turned into a STATE PARK!!!
Endless Riding.
Now, the place has all the utilities for a mobile home, it has a huge Barn 25×60, a shed that was a shipping container, and lots of shade trees and plenty places for our dogs, chickens, and horses! Our dogs will feel for the first time in a long time what it is like to RUN and RUN till your tired and then stretch out under a shade tree for a much needed nap! Training opportunities, oh my goodness, Duke and King will be training in all different areas out there – plenty of places for victims to hide!!! Might even be able to host some trainings now!
For the first time in a very long time, we will live on the same property that our horses reside on! HUGE. BIG. Dream come true!
Not only that, our families are no more than 1 hour in any direction!
Now, while we are working on getting our mobile home picked out, set-up, we will be living in a travel trailer that is, to me, a Ritz Carlton because it will allow us to live on our property while we work on getting our mobile home set-up.
Here is an arial view and pictures of our land, barn, and the additional acreage behind us.
This is the back corner of our property overlooking the additional 30 and the tree line of the Corp of Engineers.
Our pasture!
Our compound area where our mobile home and dog pens will be.
Side view of the barn and the storage shed. The area where the two trees are will be our back yard.
