Crispy Crust vs. Soggy

Have you ever re-heated your Pizza, only to get that soggy crust?

Well, I have a tip for you that works each and everytime.

Heat up leftover pizza in a nonstick skillet on top of the stove, set heat to med-low and heat till warm.
This keeps the crust crispy. No more soggy microwave pizza.

I saw this on the cooking channel and it really works.

Our favorite Pizza is extra crispy thin crust pizza with pepperoni, black olives, sausage, olives, onions, very light red sauce and REAL PROVOLONE cheese.  The cheese makes the pizza!
